Disability discrimination in goods and services

If you feel you are a victim of disability discrimination in the provision of goods and services then I may be able to assist. This legislation covers all providers, including charities and virtually all public and private services providers. For example, an organisation may fail to make reasonable adjustments to its services so you can access them. Maybe an organisation insists you contact it by telephone when you cannot use the phone. Or fails to provide written information in a form you can access. Or perhaps you are asked to leave a goods or services provider’s premises for a reason related to your disability. I provide free initial information and advice. There are charges if you wanted more support than that, but these would only come into play if we won.
