We are unlikely to respond if your enquiry is about face coverings unless you are being denied access to an essential service because you cannot wear a face covering.  If this is happening please complain to the service provider and get their position confirmed in writing.  It is rare for a service provider to maintain a ban on people exempt from wearing a face covering when challenged.  But if they do, please contact us and we'll get back to you with how we can help.

If your enquiry is about Personal Independence Payment (PIP) we will get back to you within 10 days.
